Each personalised script name sign is custom made when you place your order and is not eligible for return or refund. It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that you provide us with accurate and complete personalisation information. Any necessary adjustments must be made before completing your order.
We warmly welcome requests for customised name signs, including one of a kind design ideas, use of a specific font or requests for special order acrylic or timber. Please contact us here and we’ll happily respond when we take a break from the workshop.
