We are a small, family run workshop and appreciate your patience particularly in times of seasonal sales. Our products are handmade to order, so we need time to allow for the precision production and processing of your order.

2021 Seasonal Ordering cut-offs:

All Christmas orders placed by 29 November, 2021 will be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas, which includes all personalised products. Christmas orders placed after this deadline will continue to be produced and shipped within 5-7 business days, however arrival by Christmas is not guaranteed.

If you place an order after our cut-off and are hoping it arrives in time, we strongly recommend contacting us to receive a quote for Express Post or to arrange local pick up.

* Please note our shipping guarantee does not cover delays by the carrier which are outside of our control. We will ship your parcel with enough time for it to be received based on the carriers advertised delivery timeframe. 

Local Pick Up

All orders are available for local pick up from our Springfield Lakes, QLD workshop. Please contact us to advise your preference for local pick up prior to purchase. Where an item is only available for local pick up, it will be specified in the product description page. Once your order has been crafted and is ready for collection, you will receive a notification email. 

Coronavirus impacts: 

We are still operating and shipping parcels daily (our standard production times still apply) however please note there are currently delivery delays through Australia Post which is outside of our control. These delays are due to the influx of online shopping and the extra demand through the Australia Post network.

All parcels, including express post, may take 2-5 days longer than usual (this is in addition to Australia Post's standard delivery timeframes). While express post shipping is no longer a guaranteed overnight delivery by Australia Post, this delivery service is still a prioritised service and express post parcels will be processed and delivered quicker than regular parcels.

Standard Shipping Information:

Free shipping is for Australia only, all international shipping requests must be made via email and confirmed prior to purchase. 

Our free shipping postage includes tracked parcel post with Australia Post which takes up to 6 business days for delivery once it is shipped from our Springfield Lakes workshop. 

If you're in a hurry, please contact us to request a quote for Express Shipping, which will be delivered by Australia Post. Please note standard production and order processing times still apply to express orders, however we do our best to ship them as soon as possible.

Standard items typically leave our workshop within 3 business days of ordering and custom items requiring design approval typically leave our workshop within 3 business days of receiving your written approval. 

If your item has not been delivered please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your tracking number. 

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as “undeliverable” Standard shipping rates will apply for re-delivery.

We don't generally accept returns for change of mind, however if there is anything at all you are not satisfied with on receiving your order, please contact us immediately. Wood is a natural product and slight variances to grain and texture will occur.

* Please note all products purchased from PJ Laser Design are packaged with care, however if there is damage on arrival, please send us a photo of the item and packaging and advise us within 24hrs and we will work on a replacement item for you.
