As a sign of the stunning natural beauty of raw materials, our timber products may contain unique imperfections in the timber or laser work. Variations could typically include light or dark coloured areas, knots and other inconsistencies that are present in all natural wood.
Each personalised Memorial Box is custom made when you place your order and is not eligible for return or refund. You will be sent a proof via email for approval. Please ensure you check your inbox regularly for the 48 hours after submitting your order.
