Each personalised cake topper is custom made when you place your order and is not eligible for return or refund. It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that you provide us with accurate and complete personalisation information. Any necessary adjustments must be made before completing your order. You will be sent a proof via email for approval. Please ensure you check your inbox regularly for the 48 hours after submitting your order.
